<li>A valid National Identity Card number</li>
<li>One of the last three invoice numbers issued by CEB</li>

Any individual possessing the above details can register for an account. Usage of the app is subject to acceptance of specific Terms & Conditions established by CEB. For further assistance or inquiries, customers are advised to contact any CEB Customer Service Office, with contact information available on the back of current CEB bills.

The primary objective of the MoKouran app is to provide a convenient interface for CEB customers to manage their electricity accounts and access related services seamlessly. It is targeted explicitly at consumers within Mauritius and is intended solely for use by paying customers of the Central Electricity Board.
